A short philosophical rant:
The modern food system is bad for us, bad for animals, and bad for the planet. We are disconnected from our food. Farmers and Ranchers have one of the highest suicide rates of any group in the United States, and our indifference to food plays a large role in this.
But what if we could change that? What if our choices as individuals have far more power than we think? What if we could change the world by caring about where our food comes from?

“One single raindrop never feels responsible for the flood”
But what if it did?
As Aleksandr Solzenithsyn said in the Gulag Archipelago: “One single man who stops lying can bring down a tyranny”.
Caring is cool. Care about where your food comes from. Care about who grows it, preps it, makes it and how. And maybe we’ll change the world.
