You are what you eat

“When we use artificial fertilizer to make artificial soil it grows artificial plants that feed artificial animals that end in artificial humans who can only be kept alive with artificials” – Sir Albert Howard, organic farming pioneer

Where does your food come from? Do you know who grew your fruits and vegetables? Who raised the animals you eat? Who baked your bread?

Our current factory farm based food system is broken. We have the power to change it. You and I can support real farmers and ranchers and create a world of Real Food.

You are what you eat. Eat Real Food.

  1. I couldn’t agree more. Looking forward to more of your thoughts.

  2. I agree. Meat, in particular, has become too cheap. We tend to now take it for granted and want it cheaper and cheaper so we can eat it with every meal. I would much prefer it if the meat was more expensive so that the animals could be better looked after. That way people would eat less meat (which isn’t a bad thing) and the animals would have a better life – which would have the knock on effect of being more nutritious.
