EPISODE TWO: Trad Bone Broth

Brothers Jonathan and David Kim use local, organic ingredients to make bone broth that fuels body, mind, soul, and soil. Carrying on the traditions of our ancestors, making broth the traditional way.

I met David and Jonathan at the mountain spring in Marin in early 2024. We were filling up our jugs with water and got to chatting and two years later here we are! They are special dudes who are walking the walk, helping propagate the Real Food movement.

They source their bones from regenerative ranches. I went out to one of these ranches, Markegard Family Grass-fed. Video + writeup coming soon.
